How to handle anxiety

What did you learn?

Mindfulness is the ability of being present. Anxiety is the try to being in the future. The temporal solutions are bad and those estimulate bad habits, like eating without a control.

Simple present helps to describe everything. The conjugation is simple, but if we are using a pronoun he, she or it; we add -s to the verb.

Example: I work more since I am in the new position. My brother is a brilliant student.
